EMIREUM PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDER provides vehicle rental services, vehicle sales (new/used), workshop maintenance and repairs, detailing, protection services, accessories and upgrades, and related automotive services. Final availability, pricing, and timelines are confirmed after review of the customer request and/or inspection.
2) Quotes, Orders & Invoices
Quotes are provided based on the information you share. For services/repairs, the final amount may change if additional issues are found after inspection. For vehicle sales/rentals, a booking confirmation or invoice may be required before payment.
3) Payments
Online payments are processed securely via an authorized payment gateway. Card details are entered into the gateway’s secure checkout and are not stored on our servers. Payments may include deposits, booking fees, service invoices, parts invoices, or vehicle purchase-related payments (as applicable).
4) Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact, vehicle details, and order reference/invoice number where applicable). For rentals, you must provide valid identification and required documents under applicable policies.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service type and the stage of fulfillment. Please review our Refund Policy. Where refunds apply, they are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway/bank processing times.
6) Service Delivery
Service delivery depends on the service type (rental booking confirmation, vehicle handover, workshop service completion, etc.). See Service & Delivery for details.
7) Liability
We strive to provide services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any warranties or service guarantees (if provided) will be stated on the invoice or service agreement.
