1) Vehicle Rentals
- After payment (or deposit), we confirm availability by phone/WhatsApp/email.
- Pickup location, time, and required documents will be shared before delivery of the vehicle.
- If a deposit is required, the final rental agreement is signed at pickup (or digitally, if applicable).
2) Vehicle Sales
- For reservations or booking fees, we contact you to confirm vehicle details and next steps.
- Full purchase completion is subject to availability, inspection, and required documentation.
3) Maintenance / Repair / Workshop Services
- After payment for an invoice, we schedule the service slot and confirm by message or email.
- Service delivery occurs at our workshop/partner location or as agreed in writing.
- For parts or additional work that was not included in the original estimate, we will request approval before proceeding.
4) Timing
- Most confirmations are provided within the same business day.
- Service duration depends on vehicle type and work scope. We provide an estimated timeline during confirmation.
