Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to vehicle rentals, vehicle purchases (deposits), maintenance and service invoices.

1) Rental Payments

  • Booking deposits may be refundable if the reservation is cancelled before the agreed start time (subject to availability and admin fees, if any).
  • Early returns may be eligible for partial refund depending on the rental agreement and vehicle usage.
  • No-show / late cancellations may be non-refundable.

2) Vehicle Purchase Payments

  • Deposits are typically refundable only if the sale is cancelled due to documented unavailability or mutually agreed reasons. Otherwise, deposits may be non-refundable once the vehicle is reserved/held.
  • Final sale terms (including inspection and handover) are confirmed in writing per transaction.

3) Maintenance & Service Invoices

  • Advance payments for parts/work may be refundable if work has not started and parts have not been ordered.
  • If work has started or parts have been ordered/installed, refunds are handled case-by-case based on the service record.

4) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on the bank/payment network and may take several business days.

5) Chargebacks / Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first with your reference/invoice number so we can resolve it quickly. Unresolved disputes may be handled through the card issuer chargeback process.
